JULY 8 MORNING
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I acknowledge my transgressions. My sin is constantly before me. Against you, and you only, have I sinned, and done that which is evil in your sight.
He arose, and came to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. — I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins. Return to me, for I have redeemed you. — Your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake. — God also in Christ forgave you. — That he might be just, and the justifier of him who has faith in Jesus.
I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. — They will walk with me in white, for they are worthy.
This is he who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood.
